Interveiw with Heidi Fitzgerald

At the Oregon Trifecta 2004 Aumsville Contest, I meet a girl named Heidi Fitzgerald. She is a really good skater, and a pro. I decided to do an interveiw with her.

How long have you been skating?

I have been skating 18 years.

Why did you start skating?

My brother got a skateboard, so I wanted one. Then I just got better than him.

What do you like to skate?

I like to skate concrete bowls.

What is your favorite trick?

My favorite trick is the front ollie.

Who is your favorite skater?

My favorite skater is my boyfriend. Jimmy the Greek.

What advise do you have for young girls starting to skate?

My advise is to get the right equiment. Pads are important when you are 1st learning.

How is it like being pro?

It is fun. I love skating. I don't think about being pro, I just skate!
