Tip TricksHow to do a Frontside Foot-Plant

1. Roll up to a ramp at a jogging pace, not to fast and not to slow or you will fall. Go at a slight angle so that when you do the trick your front will be facing the wall.

2. When at the rise of the ramp place your front foot on the ramp left of the front of your board while your back foot presses the back of your board down to the ground. your body should be leaned over slighty and your back foot should carry all of your weight and balance. At the same time your back hand should be holding your board in the middle and slighty pulling upwards.

3. Hop up while pulling your board underneath your front foot and turning at the same time to go back down the ramp. You should be leaning forward and backwards at the same time in a twisting motion.

4. While keeping your balance your feet should be on the board when you hit the ground. Then ride away.

Backside Bertaleman Slide
1.Roll up on the flat.
2.Put 1 hand down.
3.Turn on the flat.
4.Roll away.
 Frontside Grind
1. To do a frontside grind you have to follow this rule do it on a ramp.
2. Set your board up to drop in
3. Drop in
4. Pump for a while and then start-doing frontside turns
5. When you?ve warmed up pump really hard until you?ve almost done a rock-to-fakie and then do more frontside turns
6. Do not hesitate to pull this trick
7. Do a frontside grind
8. If you pulled this trick good job but keep trying!
Ollie
1. How you do an ollie is you put your front foot right on the middle of your board and push off with your back foot and put it on the tail of your board. 2. Keep your board moving but don't go to fast. When you are ready to do an ollie pop your board into the air and move your front foot to the nose of your board. 3. When you board touches the ground ride away.
Tail Tap
1. Set your board on the coping
2. Drop in
3. Come up to the other wall (but do not go over the coping)
4. Fakie
5. Come to the side you dropped in
6. Tap your tail to the coping
7. Stall for a minute
8. Drop back in
8. If you did all these steps and did not fall. You just did your first tail tap!
Drop In
1. Set your board on coping
2. Put back foot on back bolts
3.Touch your nose until #6
4. Put front foot on front bolts
5. Lean forward
6. Do not hesitate
7. And drop in
8. If you did all these steps and did not fall. You just did your first drop in!
 Rock-2-Fakie
1. Set your board on coping
2. Drop in
3. Do not hesitate
4. Throw your board over the coping
5. And roll back in
6. If you did all these steps and did not fall. You just did your first Rock-2-Fakie!
 Rock-n-roll
1. Set your board on coping
2. Drop in
3. Do not hesitate
4. Throw your board over the coping
5. Turn around and bring your board with you
6. If you did all these steps and did not fall. You just did your first Rock-n-roll!
Switch Rock-2-fakie
1. Set your board on coping
2. Drop in
3. Fakie
4. Do not hesitate
5. Throw your back truck over the coping
6. Roll back in
7. If you did all these steps and did not fall. You just did your first Switch Rock-2-fakie!
 50-50 stall
1. Set your board on coping
2. Drop in
3. Do not hesitate
4. Swing your board up
5. Stall for a minute
6. Turn
7. Roll back in
8. If you did all these steps and did not fall. You just did your first 50-50 stall!
Nose tap
1. Set your board on coping
2. Drop in
3. Come up
4. Do not hesitate
5. Throw your front truck on coping
6. Stall for a minute
7. Roll back in
8. If you did all these steps and did not fall. You just did your first Nose tap!
Grab Lanch
1. Set up to drop in
2. When you?re ready drop in
3. Get a lot of speed
4. Do not hesitate to do a grab launch
5. Go to the coping of the other wall
6. Let go of your speed
7. Soar through the sky (as high as you want)
8. Grab your board once in the air
9. Let go of your grip on your board
10. Land on the ground
11. If you did all these steps and did not fall. Congratulations you just did your first Grab Lanch!
Handplant
1.Set up to Drop In
2. Drop in
3. Put your left hand on your board and crouch down
4. Do not hesitate to pull this trick or else you will fall
5. Go to the highest you can get to the coping on the other wall
6. Put your right hand on the wall or coping
7. Lift yourself in the air for a minute
8. Let go of the wall when your arm gets tired
9. Roll away from the wall
10. If you did all these steps and did not fall. Congratulations you just did your first Handplant! (Keep practicing so you will get better!)
 Stall drop
1. Put both trucks of your skateboard on the coping
2. Get on your skateboard
3. Do not hesitate to pull this trick
4. Lean forward but do not fall of your board
5. Stall drop in
6. If you did all these steps and did not fall. You just did your first Stall Drop! (You should keep on practicing so you will get better at it)
 Grind
1. Drop in
2. Come up to the other side of the ramp
3. Do not hesitate to pull the trick
4. Turn on the coping
5. Roll back in down the wall
6. If you did all these steps and did not fall. You just did your first Grind! Even if you pulled it you should keep trying it or else if you don?t pull it you may not be able to pull it ever again.
